




Questions about sessions
Hypnotherapy is the use of various hypnosis techniques for therapeutic purposes. Hypnotherapy or Expanded States (please see ‘What are Expanded States?) allow us to access our sub consciousness, super consciousness and collective consciousness to retrieve memories, beliefs, wisdom, insights and guidance that offers us the opportunity to change so that we can reach our full potential and understand who we really are.
We all go into trance states many times a day. Maybe you have experienced being engrossed in a movie or book and not been fully aware of what is happening elsewhere in your environment or driven a very familiar route arriving at your destination and not really remembering the journey – they are trance states. Trance is really ‘focused attention’. There are a very tiny percentage of people who ‘can’t’ go into the trance depth that is important for a session, and should that be you we can speak about that and look at ways of assisting you.
When we think of hypnotherapy we think of ‘going down’ into our sub-conscious. Expanded States take us out to all the wisdom that is available to us from our own soul’s wisdom and the wisdom of the multiverse. This allows us to see things from a different and bigger perspective and open up to a new or larger awareness.
Each person is unique and so is each session. A session is a personal journey, and I treat each person and their session with the upmost respect and confidentiality. It’s important for you to trust the process and know that you will experience exactly what it is you need in a session.
Every session is different as we are all unique, however Past Life sessions can follow a sequence as can Life Between Life sessions.
I have a duty of care to you which I take very seriously. Therefore, it is very important that you share your mental health history with me and tell me of any prescribed medication or recreational drugs that you may be taking, during our free ½ hour pre-talk. Your details will of course remain confidential, but I do need this information as some conditions and medications can be counterproductive for a session.
You will need to prepare the questions you wish to have answers to. I suggest 5 – 6 questions and I ask that these be emailed to me in advance of your session.
Think about your intent for the session, in other words, what would you like the outcome to be.
If you are having a Life Between Life session I also ask for a ‘cast of characters’. This is a list of people that are in your life that have influenced or impacted you in some way. These people maybe a partner, child, friend, employer, parent etc.
Common questions that people ask are: what is my life purpose and am I fulfilling it, what soul agreements have I made and with whom, what happens when we die, what am I here to learn, who am I really, why do I have repeating patterns in my life……
Any question that is important to you is a valid question.
Yes, you do. You may get insights that are unexpected, but if you don’t want to explore something that is your choice.
It’s not unusual for our conscious mind to ask this question after a session. The conscious mind is just trying to make sense of what you experienced during your session and to integrate that information.
The type of session you choose is completely up to you. It can be a Quantum Consciousness Experience, Hypnoenergetics 5D, Life Between Lives, Past Life, ISET or Universal Consciousness.
I suggest to people they go with their heart when deciding.
However, there are two things to be aware of. If you have never experienced expanded states and wish to have a Life Between Lives session, I suggest you have a Past Life session first.
And no matter which ‘type’ of session you choose, it is important to know that we will go where your soul takes us.
Questions about practicalities
It allows us to get a sense of each other, for me to tell you about the process, for you to ask any questions you may have in regards to the process and if you are booking an online session to go through technical requirements. The phone or zoom chat are free and last for ½ hour.
In-person sessions are held in Lindisfarne, a suburb of Hobart in Tasmania, Australia. I will text you the address once you have made a booking. On-line sessions are held via zoom.

Payment can be made by bank transfer, cash or PayPal.
Occasionally people do fall asleep in the induction (guided relaxation stage) and that’s fine. I just gently wake them.
It’s fine if you need to go to the loo during the session – all you need to do is tell me.

A reliable internet connection.
A webcam and microphone. The built-in ones on a laptop are usually fine. It’s best if you have earphones.
A session on a computer or laptop works better than on your phone. It’s important to have your mobile close by and on vibrate just in case the internet drops out.
A quite room where you will not be disturbed for the full length of the session.
Please limit drinking liquids for 2 hours prior to the session.
Please refrain from using any alcohol or recreational drugs for at least 12 hours before a session.
Do eat before a session – if you are hungry it may infer with your session.
Wear comfortable clothes.
For a zoom session, please make sure your devices are fully charged.
If possible, it’s best if you can rest after a session as that allows you some time to integrate what happened during your session.
